What is a natural solution to dandruff?
Please do not recommend a shampoo, they don’t work on me. Most store products don’t for example my skin reacted badly to any acne treatment, and actually made it worse, so I started drinking a lot of water and now it’s gone. So what is a natural solution to dandruff?

Brush your hair very hard before you take a shower and massage your scalp raw in the shower with shampoo.

I read somewhere that dandruff is not caused by dry scalp but actually oily scalp. Try not to use conditioner on your roots and shampooing often? hope this helps..sorry…I had bad dandruff for a while until I got my water softener so you may want to try that too if you have hard water. Maybe the minerals irritate your scalp.

ask a doctor, dandruff is hard to diagnose and there are 2 types of dandruff- dry and waxy/oily. thats why all shampoos wont work on all types.
